In one event children are having fun, racing bareback on their horses but one child is prisoned, he is malnourished in one of the basements of the city.
No one is allowed to talk to him, all he remembers was his mother’s voice and sunlight. Everyone in the city is aware of the child in the basement and comes to have a look at him and they also know that the child is the price of all this joy across the city.
